Dattatreya Siva Baba is an Enlightened Siddha Master. His teachings, spiritual insights, techniques, and meditation practices contained within www.sivababa.org and the Vaaak Sounds Yahoo Store websites are offered out of profound concern and regard for the limitations and suffering experienced by people on the earth plane. While Baba is happy to share His wisdom with others, how or why people use these techniques, and how they interpret Baba's teachings is completely individual, voluntary and beyond Baba's control. No guarantee is offered or suggested as results may vary from person to person. That is, this information is offered to you at your own risk. How you choose to use it or your participation in any practice is your own personal responsibility.

Events with Baba. Please remember that it is a karmic gift to be able to see an Enlightened Master such as Dattatreya Siva Baba. You may not realize it, but you have waited many lifetimes and prayed for the grace to sit in the presence of a Master.

Hopefully you will not miss the rare opportunity to sit with Baba and change your karmic destiny. However, we understand that sometimes personal circumstances require cancellation of a ticket purchased for one of Baba's one-day events, multiple-day events, or India Trips. Any event requires the time and attention of Vaaak Sounds Staff. These administrative expenses have been taken into consideration for the refund policies listed below.

ONE-DAY EVENTS

All of Baba's one-day event/lecture tickets purchased through Vaaak Sounds are non-refundable.

Please note, while the one-day events are non-refundable, we typically offer a discounted rate for early registration - if you feel confident of your attendance. If you are unable to attend, the ticket is transferable - you can sell or give it to someone else, you just need to notify us of the person who will attend in your stead at least two days prior to the event.

INDIA TRIPS and MULTIPLE-DAY EVENTS

• If you cancel one week prior to the beginning of the program, we will refund 80% of the program fee due to outgoing administrative expenses.

• If you cancel less than 1 week before the program begins or after the program begins, we will refund 50% of the program fee.

• If you are a "no-show" for the event, i.e., do not cancel or contact us until after the program's end, then the fee is 100% non-refundable.

PRODUCTS

You may return any product purchased from Vaaak Sounds within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund or exchange. Services are non-refundable (Path of Miracles, DKRP, Mantra writing, etc.).

Please enclose a copy of the packing slip/order confirmation along with the merchandise you are returning. Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received.
