Shipping and Customer Service

When will my order ship?

Your items will leave our administrative office in Oakmont, PA after processing which takes 7 to 10 business days. After processing, your order is then shipped.

Whom can I talk to if I have a question about my order?

Due to our small staff, we correspond exclusively via email. You can leave your email address on our toll-free message line (1-888-241-7337) or send an email to office@sivababa.org with any questions you may have.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks and international money orders. If you would like to pay by personal check or international money order, please mail our order form along with your payment. For a copy of our product order form, click here.

How do you ship your products?

Most of our packages are delivered through United Parcel Service (UPS). We also ship through the US Post Office.

Additional shipping charges

Additional fees are added for international orders.

Products can also be shipped by different methods for an additional fee. (These options are given during the ordering process.)

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. Shipping charges are calculated at time of order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit card accounts are billed at the time of the order. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions about your order.

Do you offer priority delivery?

Yes, for an additional fee.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

By law, we are required to collect sales tax when we ship to Pennsylvania addresses. Otherwise, sales tax is not charged.

Can I change my order after I submit it?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change please call Customer Service at 1-888-241-7337 as soon as possible or email office@sivababa.org (email preferred). Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Event and Service Fees are Non-Refundable

Product Returns for Full and Refunds - Must occur within 30 Days of Purchase

What if I receive a damaged item?

What if I am not satisfied with the product?

Please send an email to office@sivababa.org or call 1-888-241-7337 to notify us of the problem or concern. We will gladly replace or refund a defective product once the product has been returned.

Please note, we will only process product returns or refunds within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to send us a copy of your shipping receipt, along with the merchandise as per instructions from a Customer Service Representative to the following address:
